Terms of Service
Last updated: November 5, 2026
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AMC Cloud hosting services, control panels, or websites, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to all of these terms, do not use our services.
2. Account & Server Management
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of their control panel accounts and server access credentials. AMC Cloud is not liable for data loss or unauthorized access resulting from weak credentials or shared access.
3. Acceptable Use Policy
You agree not to use AMC Cloud infrastructure for any unlawful activities, including but not limited to:
- Launching outgoing DDoS attacks or hosting botnets.
- Hosting illegal content or malicious software.
- Crypto-mining or resource abuse beyond allocated server limits.
4. Payments, Cancellations & Refunds
This checkout accepts a one-time UPI payment for a 30-day hosting period. Payment receipt is manually reviewed before server creation starts. It does not create an automatic debit mandate. Contact support to arrange renewal, cancellation, or resolve a payment issue.
4.1 Special Offer & Promotional Plan Refunds
Hosting plans purchased under a special offer, promotional discount, seasonal sale, limited-time deal, or similar offer are subject to this special refund rule. If a refund is approved for such a purchase, AMC Cloud will refund 40% of the actual amount paid for that plan.
- Special-offer purchases are not eligible for a full (100%) refund.
- No separate usage-based, unused-resource, or remaining-service-period refund is provided for a special-offer purchase.
- The 40% amount is the total refund payable for an approved refund request under this special-offer rule; it is not an additional refund on top of another usage calculation.
This special rule applies only to plans purchased under a special offer or promotion. It does not remove or limit any refund or other rights that cannot legally be excluded under applicable law. The applicable offer terms will be shown before purchase.
5. Service Availability (SLA)
While we strive for 99.9% network uptime, scheduled maintenance or emergency hardware upgrades may occasionally require brief downtime.
