We collect information you provide directly to us when creating an account, making a purchase, or contacting support:

• Account Details: Name, email address, selected server configuration, order amount, and submitted UPI bank reference. This checkout does not collect your UPI PIN or panel password.
• Server Data: Log data, IP addresses, configuration settings, and resource usage metrics generated when you run hosted game servers, VPS instances, or application bots.
• Support Communications: Messages, support tickets, and chat history submitted to our team.

2. How We Use Your Information

We process your data strictly to deliver and improve AMC Cloud services, specifically to:

• Provision, maintain, and monitor your server instances and web control panels.
• Process billing transactions and prevent fraud or system abuse.
• Respond to customer support tickets and send system maintenance notices.
• Protect our network infrastructure against DDoS attacks and unauthorized intrusions.

3. Data Protection & Storage

The storefront runs on Vercel and keeps order records, payment review history, and administrator sessions in Upstash Redis. Administrator login settings and panel API credentials are kept in deployment environment variables, outside the public website. Use the HTTPS website when providing order details.

4. Data Sharing & Third-Party Services

AMC Cloud does not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We use Vercel and Upstash to operate this storefront and store order records. Verified orders send the customer name, email, and selected server configuration to our Pterodactyl panel. UPI payments occur in your payment app; this storefront does not use a payment gateway or read your bank account automatically.

5. Cookies & Session Storage

We use essential cookies for administrator sessions and browser storage for private order access and checkout recovery. You can download your order access details before clearing browser data.

6. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have the right to request access to, correction of, or permanent deletion of your personal account data. Upon account cancellation or request, user server files and account details are purged from active systems in accordance with standard backup retention cycles.
